The You Are Beautiful Crew believes in exercising and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, not in diet medication and lots of cosmetics.

So spread the word! Let your sister, mother, cousin, girlfriend or best friend know that putting a lot of makeup and taking diet pills will lead them to nowhere. They don’t need to be Hollywood models to be beautiful!
